The residence gives you a lot of services for you to live more comfortably.
A book is always open in the reception in case of problems if need some repairs in your room.
The rooms
There are electric outlets and lines for the phone in the rooms (you have to ask to France Telecom to open the line). The new rooms have a little fridge as big enough for a student. There is also a desk, a lamp for the desk and 2 shelves. These rooms have a direct windows on the outside (That's not true for the old rooms). The old rooms have no fridge et have only one shelve. The residence is in progress so you may begin the year in a old room and finish it in a new one. Kitchens, showers ans toilets are in the corridor, close to the rooms. Kitchens are perfectly equiped for meals: they have some hotplates, ovens and sinks
The one-roomed flats
The one-rommed flats are as big as 2 rooms, they have the same equipement excpet for the kitchen, they have their own kitchen, but showers ans toilets are common.
The residence
In kitchens, you will find some washing machines and tumble dryer (it coosts 1€50). The residence have also some places for bikes and a car park which is closed and guarded the night and the day. Rooms and one-roomed flats have neither sheets nor blankets, however you can rent it for 20€ (it's only a guarantee). The house cleaning is done ervery weeks in the rooms by people of the residence. The residence can receive your letters and packets, you just need to go to the reception to take them. There some phone boxes near the reception. To enter into the residence and to go in the differents buildins, you will have some magnetic badges and remote controls. Finally, you have to know that there is always anybody in the reception, night and day...
